Dear Sir,
When I got the conformation call for the credit card the customer care person said there is a offer of 1 year free medical insurance from bajaj alianz. Since it is free i agreed for it, but when i recieved the 1st month statement there was a bill for Rs. 4590 immediately i called customer care and informed they said to drop a letter for cancellation i did the same again within 15 days i recieved one more bill with Rs. 5125 again I called to customer care they said to send a mail. From then i am repeatedly sending mail & complaining to the customer care but they are telling it will be cancelled but still it is not done. I don't want to loose the card but if this continues please cancel the card. Please do the needfull as soon as posible thanks
