Misuse of my card and abusive phone calls from HDFC Credit card dept

My HDFC bank credit card No.51760521002665398 has been misused in August. I have filed email complaint No.'HBL=005-839-651' with HDFC Bank Customer Care.

Subsequently I am being harassed to make payments for INVALID charges spent on my credit card and I am also receiving abusive calls from one Mr. Pritam (from phone no. 022-67650481) who claims to be working with HDFC Credit Cards.

Kindly advice me how to complaint against this??
