Post Settlement query

I Rajesh bhadra from thane

i had HDFC credit card no: 4346772006991201

mobile no: 9619555644

i made settlement on 25/03

all payment as per settlement letter is fully made

(last ch. cleared on 15.08.09)

i have not received NO DUE CERTIFICATE till date

or i have not received '0' due statement

AND confirm that they inform to CIBIL as well

i called up so many times at customer care centre

but all in vain

pls help me getting the same
