I was on bedrest as suugested by my Doctor due to medical unfitness & was not able to attend my office for more than 2 months, so i was not having any source of income. Due to that my credit card payment got delayed for two months. Then I made one payment. After that I was contionusly explaining the HDFC People regarding my problem & asking to wait for another 2 days for the payment but a lady who called me up today from the number-40638017 was harrassing me & abusing me like anything. She was using the most bitter language. I just want to complain that there should be some decency talking to a female. I was just asking for a little time for which the bank will charge late fees to me also but just wanting some co-operation from the bank. Kindly do something for me.
