Closer of my jumbo laon Amount

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is reference to My jumbo loan amount, i have been following up with the Customer care of your's from past 17 Days Now for the closer of the amount, but since then i have not got any calls for the same, nor you have any place where i can go and do the payment, i fail to understand that i want to make the payment and your people do want the money, in such a case i would be forced to stop making any further payment to you, since i made atleast 50 calls to your Customer Care, there is no point in dealing with HDFC bank if the attitude of the people is such,

This is to keep you infomed that i will not be paying any EMI for the month of April, since i have been follwing up with the bank for the closer,

I want somebody who can call me and tell me the final amount, and detials of my payment and somebody who can tell me these things in details, otherwise no use,

I want a proper response from your side,

Please take this matter very seriously, and tell me the same ASAP,
