Wrong information by customer care

I am not making any payment. I have wasted a lot of time & money arguing with you. you don't seem to understand English & the meaning of customer care.

Your communication is misleading which leads to additional charges which could have been avoided.

There is no outstanding as I consider it as compensation against harassment, telephone calls & writing emails to the customer care people.

Had you communication skills been effective & crystal clear no such misunderstanding would have arouse. when I have cleared your dues of more than Rs18000 before the due date. Do you think I would be arguing with you for a small amount.

I have been cheated. you can take me to court & I will justify my case before the Judge & other HDFC credit card holders

If you don't stop harassing me I will be putting your case in front of the consumer court for first providing me with wrong information and then adding service & finance charges on it.

You guys do not have any work it seems & you should be severely punished. Besides that when it goes to the court the compensation will be in lacs

My dues are all settled with you & I have no relationship with HDFC
