Not got the service that I paid fo

I'm holder of a Credit Card (Card No. 4346 7810 0297 5704) of HDFC Bank since long. I had registered for the SMS alert facility few months earlier & the next statement showed that Rs.99 had been charged for that service. As per the information from HDFC Customer Care Dept, If I spent more than Rs.5000/- in a single transaction, I should get a SMS with in half hour of that transaction. On 06.09.08 I made a single transaction of Rs.7000 . But till date I'm yet to receive any SMS alert from the Bank.

I requested them over phone as well as through e-mail that I want to discontinue the SMS alert facilty & wanted the money that they charged for the service to reverse in the next statement as the service for which I paid had not been delivered.

In response they mailed me that the charge was for registration & therefore will not be reversed.

After exchange of same type of mails from both side, I today wrote them a mail that, if they don't reverse the amount in next statement, I'll not pay a single paisa of that statement.

Please advise what to do?
