HDFC: The most fucking bank I ever experienced

Hello All,

Previously I was using a HDFC credit card. And I believe I paid all my bills but still I ma getting bills and I don't know whay. The worst thing is I raises several complaints via mail and phone but no response till date. I have never received a single print copy of my ills till date at my place.

After one year of mail/phone complaints I was totally fed up with the bills. Then I decided to visit the nearest bank for help. Bank ppl registered a written complaints. The after 2 days I got a call from the bank but due to network problem it some disconnected. The immediately I got a mail mentioning the same and to pay bills immediately.

In the written complaints I asked the bank to arrange a representative o clear my doughs and bill asap.

Bit till date nobody contacted me.

I don't know what to do.

Please help me.
