As if our regular home loans interst issue is not enough, now it seems there are 2 teams following up on payments thru pdc's.

Couple of days back i received 3 letters dated 11th May informing me about pdc's not being paid to them on my 3 home loan accounts in lieu of the HPLR rate of interest and repayment terms.

This shock me as;

a) their representatvies; Surjit Singh & have come to my office and personally collected the same and

b) its almost going to be 2 months now!!

The new HPLR RATES WITH REVISED INTEREST RATES have been paid by me thru the following cheque numbers of Axis bank:

260041-260052 91463659 5710/- each (12 cheques)

260053-260064 91463657 3428/- each (12 cheques)

260065-260076 91463463 16237/- each (12 cheques)

All the above were collected towards the end of March and according to the executives, were supposed to be effective from May onwards. Subsequently they call me about 2 weeks back and tell me that due to technical reasons they cant get my pdc's activated due to an "internal hitch" for which they have been calling me at odd times during my busy schedule to the extent of harrasing me!! Now they tell me they want 36 cheques each x 3 accounts (as above) in order to regularise my payment. If this was the case:

A) Why then in the 1st place did their execs collect the cheques from me?

B) Why did it take them so long to communicate with me about the EXACT PROCEDURE?

Previously it was only through verbal communications over my cell, now thru their letter dated 5th May & 11th May; written communication; which coincedentally have been recieved simultaneiously.

These 2 letters also 'contradict each other' as the amount mentioned on the letter dated 5th May is indicating my OLD EMI AMOUNT and the letter dated 11th May states the Change in HPLR recieved

where they claim that 'inspite of repeated follow-ups' i have not submitted the same thereby affecting my credit rating!!

I wish to state that the so called ' professional service' and appointment of executives for the collection of pdc's /payments 'DO NOT KNOW THEIR JOB' or are not correctly guided when they meet their home loan clients.

I WANT TO ELEVATE MY CASE TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES AS I WANT 'PEACE OF MIND' AND CL;ARITY IN THE ENTIRE PROCESS. MOREOVER I WANT ONLY 1 SINGLE ENTITY TO FOLLOW UP WITH ME ; ELSE I WILL BE FORCED TO PERSUE ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS.
