Bad customer services

I'm working in UK as an Engineer. I have NRE acount in HDFC bank. So I'm sending money to India through the quick remit/times of money which is linked with HDFC bank. In normal cases it will take 3 to 4 days. But if I sent a big amount, it is takingmore than 7 to 8 working days & the customer agents are not replying to mails. There is no contact telephone as well. & then after a long train of mails I got a reply that 'sent us the bank statement which shows the transfer you done from Uk local bank to their acount'.So their customer agents sent me 2 different type of mails. One states that they will credit the amount in to my bank after 3 days (ie. for 3 days they can play with my money as they wish) & 2nd mail states that still they are waiting for money from my Uk bank. Now, I don't know wheteher I will get the money back or not?
