False promises did not materilaised

My policy no is 11612186. The due date of my premium is 09/02 (9th feb). I made the payment of this year in advance (on 15th jan). now, i wanted to see the acknowledgement. i called up they customer services division at mumbai. they assured me they will send it in a email the receipt of this year payment in 3 working days. later on monday, i got in touch with them again to take stock of the situation, but as they don't maintain any history of request, i had to give them all details regarding my request. i requested them to send me the premium receipt of this year in FAX. they obliged and assured me i'll be getting it by EOD of 19th jan. i called up repeatitively on 8-9 time on monday, but all the time i'had to give the details of the issue afresh. one assured me he send me FAX by evening... other assured he will send me through email by next day morning... no help as yet... i fed up of all these. i again caled up on tuesday... same repeatitive things... i am an employed person at one S/W firm... I HARDLY FIND TIME TO EVEN BREATHE. but these ppl soemtimes advised me to visit office to get receipt... why i'm paying them... if for a small small thing i have to waste 4-5 hrs. Simply let nobody come in contract with these fellows.
