Subject: Non receipt of Policy Document, (Policy No- 12855928)

Dear Sir,

I, Amlan Purkayastha, have not received my Policy Document till date. I have been told

By the concerned agent that my Policy has been delivered at a wrong address.

For the last two months I have been taking pain in calling Customer Care, the Agent again and again.

But my complaint is not redressed yet. I even contacted Over Night courier, they too are unable to

Give any solution.

On 11th July I have been advised by the customer care executive to lodge a written complain. In this communication I have been informed that I am not required to pay the Indemnity

Charges (Ref. No- IPE 750324).

I, therefore, request you to do the needful for the procurement of my policy ASAP.

Need not to mention that I being a Classic Customer of HDFC (Customer Id 7403403),

Expect a timely and positive response from you.
