Sir,

my son had taken a policy -12320085 of hdfcstandardlife of premium 3000 monthly and had opted for ecs. on january 7th the premium of 3000 was deducted from his account but still his policy hasbeen declared autolapsed.

even after several reminders, nothing has been done in last 8 months inspite of giving the bank statement five times to the operations. now, i would like to have the payments of the last 8 months to be done by the company and 100000 be given as compensation to him.
