Stray Cows and unauthorised water tank tractors noise

Hi,

This is regarding the havoc created by some local uncivilized people.

1- There is one house who is maintaining around 30-40 cows in a small area in Hennur, Prakruthi Layout and every morning and evening these cows are left on the roads unattended. These animals get enraged sometimes and has harmed several people in the area.

2. There are someunauthorized commercialized water tank services in the residential area who have tractors to supply water. They are too noisy and also they keep honking their horns for no reason. Being a residential area its affecting everybody but nobody is able to raise their voice as these owners are localites and rowdy types.
