The owner of this store gave me a 5 KVA UPS and told me that it was working well. After I started working with my computers, the UPS started failing from the very first day. I called him every day and he didnt even showup once. Never buy anything from him. His name is Vedaprakash, and known as Prakash. I dont think he has a dealership of Exide batteries, though there is "Exide" showing up in the name.
