Respected Sir,

Myself Mr. Gurdeep Singh Bagga, from Ahmedabad (Gujarat), a consumer of Hero E-bike (optima plus). I purchased Hero E-bike on 14/06 Bill No. 1616 from Reliance Mart, Ahmedabad. But before 2 month suffered some problem due to over charge of the E-bike. For that I had a contact with Patel E-bike their engineer inspected with the fees of Rs. 100 and said to replace the motor And controller. As we are not his customer he asked us to get motor and controller replaced from the place purchased or if we wanted him to replace the battery, charges would be applicable though the vehicle was under warranty period. I had a talk with one of your executive i.e., Mr. Kaushal Jani approx., 35 days back but still no response. My question is can you please suggest me that who is liable for the replacement the Dealer or Hero Electric as my vehicle is with Patel E-bike since 24 days. And no response from HERO Company I request you to respond and take possible action as soon as possible.
