Poor AfterSales service

I have a Hero Honda CBZ (2001 model). Unfortunately for me, the bike is no longer in production and my bike is in a terrible condition due to unavailability of parts. I had been at the ' M/S Shree Samarth Automotive' Service Center (which is a part of ' M/S Shree Samarth Automotive' from whom I had purchased the bike) about three months back, in order to replace the silencer but due to the unavailability of parts, I still haven't managed to get the silencer replaced. I finally, went to Bangalore and to my luck, the silencer was available at one 'Prakash Motors'. My bike, at the moment, is lying in one of the Hero Honda service station in Margao (Goa) for about two weeks. I had been informed that it takes approximately 6 days for the parts to arrive if ordered but it has been more than 8 days now. When enquired about the status of repair, the supervisor rudely asked me to take the bike back. I guess, Hero Honda doesn't value it's customers once the bikes are out of production. I only pray for those millions, who believed in Hero Honda and have purchased it's motorcycles, not to be disappointed the way I have been.
