I took one hero honda cbz x-treme in december from karuna motors, ferozeguda, balanagar, hyderabad. till the 1st servicing i was decently happy with the performance of the bike. but immediately after 1st service i notices that my bike is not continuously holding the tuning, in traffic jams it would give up the tuning and if the bike is running below 30lm/h speed the horn would not sound... i supposed it's a battery problem. i went to karuna motors service centre, balanagar and apprised them of this problem. in stead of listening to my problem he just tried to convince me that actually there is no problem and just to satisfy me he took the bike inside and did something for 5 minutes and told me that it's OK now. but the same problem continued thereafter. in the mean time i went to that service center for 3 times and only after i went there for thrice they took it seriously... later they found that during 1st servicing the mechanic missed one washer (i don't remember the technical name) for which the connection to battery was not proper. any how they purchased a genuine part and got it installed and fixed the problem. but what hurt me the most was it took 3 visits for them to seriously think that there is really some problem. the attitude of under-estimating the customers complaints and on top of that not allowing the customer inside is really hurting.
Recently i got my 3rd servicing done at the same servicing center. just before servicing i was consistently getting the mileage of 48-50 km.liter. but immediately after the 3rd service the mileage suddenly dropped to 34-35 km/liter. just to become more stronger in my judgment i measured the mileage for 3 time within one week and then went to that service center. but again to my frustration the service mechanic started to explain me how accurately the mileage should be measured. because he thought that i have come with a vogue complain as every time the service mechanic thinks. as always he took the bike inside for 5 minute, did something and returned it back to me saying that there was no problem you just recheck the mileage accurately and see. now what hurts me the most is if the mileage suddenly dropped from 50 to 34 after servicing then there is certainly some problem but instead of listening to my complaint the mechanic is just adamant and trying to get me out. i was very much frustrated that day, i am just searching for some official mail ids of herohonda whom i can tell all these and necessary action can be taken to fix this problem of adamant mechanic.
