Regarding the new Bike's problem

Hi,

I purchased Hero Honda Hunk from City Motors, Pune just one month ago. After 1 week of first servicing Bike has started giving problem and failing to start. Daily I am calling to Service Center people but nobody uptil has come for checking. This is frustrating beacuse a new should not have this sort of problem and the response from these people are disgusting. Sometimes I wonder why I purchased the bike from such dealer.
