I had purchased a Hero Honda Hunk in the month of March. I am not happy with the bike at all. The two major problems faced by me are that within 10000 kms twice I had to change the break shoe and the other is recently one day the bike was not starting so I opened the plug and cleaned it then I tried to fit it but I was unable to fit the plug I found that there might be some problem and when I took it to the hero honda service centre they told me that the thread inside the head has to be done and for this we have to be open the head. I was really surprised because I had used several bikes (Bajaj, Rajdoot & Vespa) and scooter and I have never faced such problem. I was really shocked that within 7 months the head of the engine has to be opened and within 10000 kms twice the break shoe has to be changed and now I have found that the left side of the back shocker is leaking and when I asked to get it replaced I was told that they don't have the stock currently it will take 7-10 days. I have always got the services done thru Auto Needs Gurgaon, timely still I have faced these problems. I am unable to understand that whether the product (Hero Honda Hunk) I have purchased is hopeless ot the service given by the Hero Honda service centre is Hopeless. Request you to kindly help me to get justice because I have invested Rs 60000/- and I am totally frustated now with the bike.
