Dear Concern,
My name is Ashish Dubey, I had purchased a new motor cycle from Hero Honda, model name: Hero Honda Hunk, but the bike was faulty.
I had complained more that 20 time and every time the service center retruned my bike by saying that now it's ok but it was not ok. In actual I had faced tough time to drive it in high traffic roads, due to deprived breaks & few days back, I was about to met with a deadly accident. I wrote this concern to directy to hero honda motor but didn, t recieved any satisfactory response.
My question is, if a customer gets faulty product from the company & he brings this into Notice of the company, isn't its company responsibility the change the product therof?
Every time they used to get rid of me by giving technical clarification, they need to understand, that the faulty product may end the life of the consumer.
Request yout to pls take the appropriate action and get my bike replaced, I had already surrendered the bike to Hero Honda Channel "Pashupati Motor" 2 days back & they didn, t gave any copy for that.
