Inlet valve and outlet valve damage

Dear sir,

i bought one hero Honda CD deluxe on June.after running 1200 hundred km inlet and outlet valves are damaged .agency changed the inlet and outlet valve but the packing charge is taken by the company .the agency told me this is the company rule.if it is true then ok but not then what i have to do plz update me.
