I have Purchase Vechile (Type :-Hero Honda CD Delux alloy wheels) from M/S Monarch Automative, Tilk Road, Pune on
29/1 by paying Rs.41630 n cash.
They have given me receipt and invoice of the same. After
one month vechile has started giving problem related to front
fork and vobelling of front tyre.
The showroom person has told me that, there is no problem
with your vechile. it is Ok. The hero honda technical person
has also visited showroom and tested vechile and submitted
report that vechile is OK.
The tyres of the vechile are not fitted properly and they have handeled vechile so badly that it is really impossible to drive the vechile in easy manner. After purchasing this vechile, i am facing tremendious back pen problem.
Since this is a manufacturing fault and vechile is under the warranty, they have to take action regarding the same.
When i am contacting their officers, they are just not treating it properly. I am just Fade up with the customer care of hero honda.
I think hero honda having that mouch enough customers that`s why they are just playing with customers just like we are sitting in club and playing cards by paying money from pocket.
I don`t know who will help me regarding the same?
