Denied to add points on the passport

My name i Kalyan Udgata, from Balangir dist (orissa)

I puchase a herohanda passon on 27-02from arundhati motors (dealer), Balangir dist (orissa).

I also got a passport. The issue date was 27-02.

On 05-11 my brother in law purchase a Herohanda cd dilux

on my suggession though he already desised for a bajaj exceed from arundhati motors (dealer), Balangir dist (orissa). At that time i alreadygone to Singapure for my porsonal business. When I return I telephone on 19-11 to Arundhati Motors to ad points to my passport for purchaing cd delux. But the dealer prima faise denied to add becoese of lae reporting. Now what I have to Do? Suggest me.
