I gone hero honda service centre (Patliputra service centre, Patna) for 4th service where at the time of service one ur mechanic has broken down safety cap/tool cap. after this the service centre has demanded the money for that, which is unfair becos my bike is still under gurrenty period. i have already submitted my complain at that service centre, bt i know it is waste less. so i complaining here. I want to know why the company recruits those mechanics who doesn't know to how it handle and broken down the parts. and the coustmers have to pay for that.
