About the speedometer inner cable replacement

Respected sir/madam,

I have buyed a new Hero Honda Splendor plus on 13th August. The speedometer cable was changed within 2 months and the local dealer said it does not included in the warrenty period. The warrenty period is not valid for the wear and tear of the parts. But the inner cable broke down within two months keeps the genuineness of the parts of the company. I was charged for the replacement of the cable. Please take the problem into consideration.
