Non receipt of PAN card

I applied for a PAN card since I lost it, I applied for a new PAN card on 18.5.2009 through Integrated India Ltd., AAACN2082NST001-ST/MUM-DIV-III/BAS/2847, #1 Ramakrishna St, North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017.

After that i received a letter from you ref no: TIN/PAN/CR-V301805003966161171 dt.23.5. since i was out of station i am unable to provide the quires made by you in time and i made a request to you on 27.8.2008 through India Post after fulfilling your written slip.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange to issue a fresh PAN card since i lost it.

Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
