Failure in delivering the items

I placed an order for mobile quick charger antenna booster, travel charger for ipod under the order no:37299 on 30/3/09 the mobile quick charger was delivered defective and the travel charger for ipod is still not delivered yet and i returned the mobile quick charger for replacement but when ever i mail about my items the reply is the same 'we will update about your items in 3 days' it had almost been 20 days and when ever i mail them this was the reply .please make sure that my items are delivered atleast now
