Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Mandaar Joshi, customer of HLL's pure-it water purifier. I have ordered for immediate replacement of Battery Kit, since it indiates the same. My customer-id is 625141501.
On 20th Mar' 2009 (Order No: S09/MUM0219-10012), I placed my request for a new battery. But as on date I have not received anything from them. Yesterday, I approached them again the answer was “Sir, it will take 3 working days, that too the date which I requested for battery, wont count as a working day.” Today morning again I received a call from them, the answer was “Sorry sir you will receive it within 24 hours.”. God, another 24 hours. Kindly advise me what I have to do now. Because if this is the service what they can provide, then I would like to go for other products other than HULs.
I am sorry to say, but HLL's after sales service is very pathetic at the moment.
