Water Purifier Not Working

I had recently purchased a new Water Purifier. It was working fine for 2 days and then started leaking.

I had placed a complain and they promised me that it would be repaired in 2 days. They just took the complain and never returned back to me. I placed a complain again but still nobody returned back. The service provided by them is poor and i only hope they make the required to serve people better or what they are paid.
