Second Year Subscription Coupon not received

Hi,

Actually I had subscribed for 2 year subscription. I received news paper for the first year i.e.from 2/10 to 1/10.My vendor stopped issuing the paper from 10/10 b'cos second yr renewal coupon not received. Paper Vendor is saying that so many subscribers have same complaint. Whether HT is going to resolve this or not. There is a chance that HT may loose the dissatisfied subscribers.
