Dear Sir/Madam,
I a regular reader of Hindustan times Newspaper from last 1 year & i have subscribed for 2 years for which i have paid Rs.350/-, but from last one month i'm not receiving the newspaper, so i complained at the vendor i.e (shiva Paper, Shanti Nagar, Thane-(W)-400604) he informed me that he has not received the coupon for the next year from the company so unable to deliver.
It's sad on the company's part that they have such a poor distribution network that the cannot maintain there exsisting readers & let their readers to switch on to another newspaper.
Please take note of the matter seriously & avoid further reader convertion.
