I m resident of Powai, Mumbai. I have 5 times called HT customer Care 022-67764242 and have asked them to send an Executive to subscribe for Yearly subscription. They have informed that a 250/year subscription is available. Every time some agent takes call and they already have my details and tells me we would send executive in a week, but no one visited till now. Its extremely disappointing service. It looks like they are not at all interested in sale of newspaper. One of the executive s name is Neelesh. I m heighly dissppointed with this and request you to please send an executive with Subscription.
