Subscription coupons not received

I have subscribed for 2 years for Hindustan Times newspaper, vide subscription no.118436. Paid ICICI cheque no.300337 dtd.23.08.2007.

I received 12 months couponbooklet.

But the 2nd years coupon booklet from Sep'2008 to Aug'2009 is not received yet! I have made numerous phones on their customercare no.67764242 over the last 4 months, & always got assurances that the coupons are being dispatched & will be received in a week. Recently I was given the cell nos. of their sales executive Mr. Nilesh Kothrud (9833505034) & zonal manager Mr. Santosh Rane (9819248808), to whom coupons have been delivered. But their cell phones are just ringing or not available.

I am frustrated with HT's false promises & feel cheated.

Kindly help me.
