Subscription coupon for second year not recieved

Respected officer,

I subscribed hindustan times for two years on a promotional offer scheme so i recieved the coupons for the first year however havent recieved any coupons for the second year and now i am liable to pay by news paper vendor for the second year, i called the customer care several times but no one responded till now,

hence regards to this please guide me what should i do the next how can i get the coupons or the subscription amount from HT
