Hindustan times renewal coupen not recieved

I am a subscriber of Hindustan Times. I had sent a check of Rs. 195 for 2 years subscription of Hindustan TImes in October. My local newspaper vendor stop delivering newpaper to me. THey said they already delivered to me. when i asked for POD of courier, they are refusing it. i gave my email id to send thru email also but could not.

I calling everytime who will pay for those calls, that calles charges may exceed 195 rs.
