I had purchased Pure it on 04/01 (retail invoice number IS09/DLI1308-3983), the battery of which is not working now. I has lodged a complaint (Complaint Number S09/DLI1308003748) with the company requesting for a replacement on the 26/06, and was assured a service within 3 days.
Even after repeated complaints the battery has still not been replaced.
