Hindustan Unilever's Pure it
Awaiting for the cash receipt

Dear Sir/ madam,

On 30th of May'09, we had purchased the purifier (Pure it) and paid the cash (Rs.-) after getting the demo by Mr. Manik Kumar Sen, as committed by him to give the cash receipt on either 1st or 2nd June, 09. When I called up on 4th, he again assured to come in the same evening, but did not turn up.

Is this kind of behaviour expected from such renowned company. I am really repenting to have bought this purifier.
