I have purchased Pureit in October.
I was told during purchase that the battery would be replaced with 2 working days.
On 8 th May I called customer service and have ordered a battery. They had infd me that the new battery will be delivered on 12 May. After that i had called them twice till date. But there is no response. i am getting Complaint numbers but no proper service.
I am totally dissatisfied with Pureit s service.
