We had purchased the hindustan unilever pureit on 5/8. The outlet/ tap of the machine has been underperforming since the beginning, but we ignored it hoping that it was a slow starter. However the problem has been consistent for the past 3 months. The company is very prompt in sending servicemen in case of replacement where payment has to be received. But any issue under the guarantee period & the aftersale service changes completely.
