Ignoring customers request reg change of battery

Sir/ Madam,

We have asked for change of battery for Hindustan Unilever Pureit on 1.10. it was told that it would changed within 3 working days. It was not changed. Again we called the following number 9840950950 on 12.10.2009 twice (talked to Mr. Charles) & 9843662066 on 13.10.20009 thrice and we were assured that there would be changed of battery on (or) before 15.10.2009.But till today (16.10.2009) the following request is not attended. We expect battery to changed within 48 hours and request you to take necessery action regarding this.
