Replcement of GKB

I have logged a complain dated 23 Oct to yr excutive Mr. Mukesh Patel, But he was not visited to my home for sollution. My CUSTOMER ID IS 1926721526, This complain regarding GKB, I have buy new germikit at 28 may of 2250 ltrs. Within a 5month its showing red. We are TWO members family. Please kindly replace the GKB as soon as early possible, so that we protect with bactarial water.
