I have purchased a Hindustan Unilever In-Home water Purification System in December. The Battery kit was changed after much pursuation in May. On June for painting of my flat duing shifting of items from one room to another room, the fiter was fallen and its transparent chamber was broken. Since then I have made several complain in PureIt help line 9230500500. Every time they register my complain they give a complain No. and assured me that the work will be done within next 48hrs. But other than receing the comolain no nothing happens to solve my problem. My ID no. is 1925495092 and 5 complain nos. so far I received were 308593915 (on 26.7.08), 308602443 (on 30.7.08), 308624088 (on 11.08.08), CO8656002 (on 1.9.08) and CO8670663 (on 10.9.08). During last three months I have spent almost few thousands rupees (much more than the actual cost of the filter) to purchase the drinking water. Few of my friends and relatives told me that the cheaper products differs from the costly products mainly in the area of providing service to the customers. I think they are right. Now I am fed up with pureIt and thinking to through it to the dustbin as waste garbage and purchase a branded product (aquagurd) which has proven customer satisfaction.
