I have purchased a purit water filter on 23/03/10. I was promised 1500 liters of purified water. But by 24th june (exactly after 90 days) the system stopped functioning. on an average of 10 litre a day I have received maximum of 900litres of water only. when reported, I am told the girmkill battery kit is to be replaced at my cost. I have ordered for the same I am told that I will get it in 48 hours time. 9 days are over, and whenever contacted, the reply is same. it will be attended in 48 hours time..
what am I supposed to do to get it replaced?
