Hindustan uni lever/water purifier

Dear sir,

I am using water purifier of hindustan uni lever for 8 months.this product need battery replacement at regular interval (2-3 months in my case). At the time of buying this product it has been promised that the said replacement will be done within 48 hours of any customer asking to do so.in my case it is taking more than two weeks of time to replace the water purifier battery and that also after 2-3 reminders. It has happened second time with me. My customer Id no is 1925680109.
