Dear sir,

I have purchased a pureit water purifier from hindustan uniliver company (agency name and addreess is as below Jalaram Agency H.O. 15 Marry Land Apartment D.K. Sandu Marg Chembur Mumbai 400 071) on 9 may. my customer Id is : 1927419546. the purifier was defective having some assembley problem, due to which the chember remains open and dirt enters into it. and so the purpose of purifier is not servered)

I had complaint for the same on the number 9223600600. (compaint Id :6091162461)

the representative had visted to our home and agreed to send replacement. but no update about this since then despite calling numerous times.

so request you to look into the matter and please help me to get replacement of the water purifie
