The Battery kit replacement

I placed the request for replace the battery kit on 21st April' 2010. I complaint against this issue more then 10 times over the phone to the customer care. for replace the battery kit. when i called the customer care they are saying by end of the day u will get the battery kit. till date i am didn't received the battery kit. this is not the first time. i am suffering with the same problem from the first time when i am placed the request for battery kit. my customer id no : 624982977.
