Poor after sale Service

I have made complaint for faulty Ac vide compalint no 096080747048 dt14/07 at Hitachi call centre delhi help line no 39898919.Subsequently enginer has visited and asked that some electronic plate will be replace by 24 hours. But after passin of 2 days none of the person has visited. When I again conatcted to call centre they have given the service centre no. In the service centr Mr Mittal has assire the sasme will be repalce by same day. But it has not replaced . nextday I again remind hime and he told that it will repalce today possitively . but again no body has visted. It is very surprise that an renowed comapny is behaving in avery professional way.
