On off Switch

I had visit three time due to On Off Switch but there is no repair in Nokia Care Sec-22 SCO 2901 . Every time There is new problem in Set . they hv charesd rs 165 for these Repair. But Set is Under Warranty. they hv never give us proper response for these fault
