Hitachi/Window AC 1.5 ton
Pathetic service from hitachi

Hi,

I bought a 1.5 ton window AC last year (its still under warranty period)

I had made a service request (req no 11043000195) on 30 april which is still to be addressed.

Repeated calls/reminders to call centre are falling on deaf ears.

They had boasted a max turnaround time of 4 days but 16 days have elasped and counting.
